  • For the salad mix;
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 medium oranges peeled and divided
  • cup raisin
  • 1 cup thinly chopped fresh radish
  • For the dressing;
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil optional
  • ¼ cup lemon juice


  • Clean the broccoli cut them and put them in a large bowl. Add the thinly chopped radish, raisin, and oranges and combine well.

  • Add the dressing by drizzling it over the salad and mix well.
  • Allow the salad to chill in the fridge for 45-minutes before you serve it or eat it immediately.
