Ginger Garlic Paste Recipe

  • 1 cup peeled and chopped ginger
  • ΒΌ cup water
  • 1 cup chopped garlic
  • Salt


  • Clean, peel and chop your garlic and ginger into chunks.
  • Place them in a blender; add salt and a little water at a time.
  • Puree into a smooth paste. Start blending on low speed as you increase to high. Add little water at a time until you get the consistency you want.
  • Transfer the paste into a clean jar, cover tightly and store in the refrigerator.
