My Creamy Vegan breakfast bowl recipe with cashews is gluten-free and soy-free.
This time I felt lazy and did not want to stay longer in the kitchen cooking. Therefore I decided to try a new breakfast recipe – a vegan raw breakfast bowl. It was delicious and since then, it substitutes my vegan oatmeal bowl recipes sometimes.
This recipe is effortlessly easier to make, you need to spare at least ten minutes or less to make it, and you will be enjoying your breakfast.
This breakfast is full of fruits, and it’s sugar-free. It is creamy and satisfying without making you fat. Therefore it is excellent for people with diabetes, those trying to avoid refined sugars in their diets or those on a weight loss journey.
My creamy vegan breakfast bowl is plant-based. It is gluten-free/soy-free and oat free. I believe anyone can enjoy and tolerate it.
How to make Cashew creamy Breakfast bowl.
To achieve the creaminess, you will have to soak raw cashews in cold water overnight or for at least eight hours. You can as well use pre-made cashew cream but dilute it a little.
I make it with creamy cashew cream which I blend from raw cashews. You get all the nutritional benefits of cashews and fruits in one bowl.

How to make a creamy Vegan Breakfast bowl.
- 1 Cup cashew cream
- ⅔ Cup water
- 1 large ripe pear or 1 cup of frozen pears
- ½ cup fresh strawberries
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- ½ cup of fresh grapes
- Wash then soak the raw cashews overnight or for eight hours. Drain the water from the soaked cashews , rinse them with clean water. Therafter transfer them to a blender add the chopped pear.
- Add the clean water and blend until smooth then transfer the cream in a bowl. Add the water little by little until you get the creamy consistency you want.
- Clean your fruits and add them to the cream. Top it with nuts or any other fruits you like.
- Serve as desired.
