A creamy Homemade Vegan Alfredo sauce that needs only 9 ingredients and few minutes to make. It does not require any cooking, just blend all the ingredients, and serve.
1 organic firm tofu
⅔ Cup cashew milk or water
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp Onion powder
¼ teaspoon dried Oregon
¼ teaspoon black pepper (optional)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1.Place all the ingredients; tofu, cashew milk, nutritional yeast, and the spices in a g and purée until smooth and creamy.
2.Drain water from your cook pasta and add the Alfredo sauce. Mix well and serve warm.
