My name is Edna; I am a wife, a mom, and a blogger. We live in Texas with my husband and our two sons Jonathan and Jeremy.
I am a stay home mom and a part-time student. My condition forced me to resign from my day job after a long struggle with health battles and pain about a year ago. I cherish the benefits of good health and also determined to find a permanent cure for my illnesses some day.
Why I blog.
My long struggle with health challenges and pain, have taught me to appreciate the healing power of food and natural remedies. In my pursuit for answers, I have come to realize that some solutions to my health problems can be found right in my kitchen pantry.
My goal is to share these ideas with those struggling with their health, and I have found blogging to be the best platform for doing so.
I started a blog to help moms like you learn ways to take charge of their health using natural solutions and foods. I share ideas and tips on how to lose weight naturally, prepare healthy meals from fresh ingredients, natural ways to relieve pain and cures for health conditions.
Though my husband works, nevertheless there are times when we are tight on our budget, and I wished I have something to offer. I thought it was good to find something to do that would make me happy and productive
When do I blog
I Found blogging to be convenient for me since it is flexible and can fit well with my busy schedule. I often blog when my older son is at school, and the younger son is asleep or when not studying. Mum life is fun, but at the same time busy, hence you need to create habits, routine and time to fit your to-do list.
I resume my mom duties when he is awake. I make time to blog when they go to bed at night and sometimes I have to work late in the night or wake up early before they are awake.
You know what, moms do this every day, and I know you are one of them. I am not alone…we sail together. Moms are awesome!
If you ever thought that stay at home moms are lazy, you are wrong. But you know what, Moms do all that they are supposed to do and run successful blogs. If I can do this, so can you.
I love cooking, traveling and watching basketball. I also like listening to Country music and doing outdoor activities like gardening. We have a small garden in my backyard where I grow a variety of vegetables to supplement our grocery budget.
