Homemade mouth wash requires natural ingredients which you can find in your kitchen pantry. It is useful and does not contain any artificial additives and chemicals like the commercial ones.

This homemade mouth wash is very inexpensive to make but works well just like the store bought ones.
It has antibacterial properties which aid to kill bacteria in your mouth. In addition to that, this mouth wash helps to whiten your teeth and refresh your breath.
How to make a homemade mouth wash.
2 tablespoon raw honey
1 cup of clean water
1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
10 drops peppermint essential oil
- Warm one cup of water and pour in a clean bowl.
- Add two tablespoon of raw honey, and apple cider vinegar then
mixthem well. Let the mixture cool and after cooling add ten drops of peppermint essential oil and mix to combine well.
- Place the mixture in a clean bottle with a lid and store in a cool, dry place.
- Shake well before every use. Swish it in your mouth for a minute and spit.
Rinse your mouth using plain water after using this mouth wash. Apple cider vinegar is acidic hence should be rinsed out.
Small children can use this homemade mouth wash, but please make sure they do not swallow it. Peppermint essential oil is not safe for small children to ingest.
You can as well leave out peppermint essential oil and get great results.
