Quarter cup pure raw honey
One medium avocado
Half a cup of unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
One tablespoon of Chia seeds (optional)

In a blender puree the avocado
Add half a cup of cocoa powder.
Also, add chia seeds, unsweetened almond milk and one tablespoon of vanilla extract.
Blend until smooth.
Refrigerate for two hours or more to chill.
