Homemade bathroom cleaner is cheaper, cleaner and can serve as an all-purpose cleaner for surfaces too. It takes less than five minutes to make it; you measure the correct amount of ingredients, add them to a bottle and shake. It is that simple.
Why I use this homemade bathroom cleaner.
I have struggled with allergic reactions for quite a long time; little did I know that my store bought cleaners were the cause. Most bathroom cleaners I tried had some strong chemical odor my nose could not stand.
Unfortunately, I kept trying different brands thinking that one would work better than the other and ease my allergic reactions, but I was wrong. I experienced the same response over and over again until I decided to try making a homemade cleaner.
I am glad I made this homemade cleaner, my allergies and skin reactions have stopped. My nose and skin can tolerate its mild smell. This cleaner is so useful and versatile. I use it to clean my bathroom, toilet, and sinks. It cleans very well, and by the way, I do not struggle to scrub
Why make homemade bathroom?
Chemical free and works well
Probably you do experience skin irritations and allergic reactions whenever you use store bought bathroom cleaners like I used to. This homemade bathroom cleaner has natural and clean ingredients. I do not use vinegar or baking soda in making it but it still works great, and I do not experience any chemical reactions.
Most elements in commercial cleaners are artificial and harmful to your health as well as the environment. They contain toxic chemicals and fragrance. You may not experience the side effects immediately but you may in the long run.
This homemade bathroom cleaner will limit your exposure to dangerous chemicals. The ingredients are biodegradable, and it leathers easily.
Though some companies label the ingredients added in their product, we do not understand the components of these chemicals and what they can do to our health. So why should you risk?
It is cheap
This homemade bathroom clean is inexpensive and straightforward to make. You will spend just a few dollars on the ingredients, but it will last for quite sometimes. I clean my bathrooms at least two to three times a week and the batch I make always lasts for at least two months.
You will be saving the environment.
The chemicals added in these cleaners still find their way in our surrounding and impact us in different ways. For instance, the waste from our bathrooms sometimes gets disposed of in the land, rivers, and lakes. These chemicals do affect the aquatic animals underneath water as well as those on the ground.
This homemade cleaner has environment and skin friendly ingredients which will not cause harm.
